These terms govern your use of the WhatsApp Commerce platform. Please read them carefully before creating an account.
Your agreement to these terms
By creating an account, accessing the dashboard, or using any feature of WhatsApp Commerce ("the platform", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the platform on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these terms.
If you do not agree to these terms, do not create an account or use the platform.
These terms were last updated in March 2026. We will notify you by email of any material changes at least 14 days before they take effect.
What WhatsApp Commerce provides
WhatsApp Commerce is a multi-tenant SaaS platform that provides:
We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove features at any time. For changes that materially reduce functionality available to paying subscribers, we will provide at least 30 days' notice.
Your responsibilities as an account holder
To use the platform you must:
One account per business. You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent subscription limits or to abuse trial periods.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorised it.
How pricing and payments work
| Tier | Products | Conversations/mo | Billing |
|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | Up to 50 | Up to 500 | Monthly |
| Growth | Up to 200 | Up to 2,000 | Monthly |
| Business | Unlimited | Unlimited | Monthly |
If a payment fails, we will retry it over 7 days. After 7 days of failed payment, your account will be suspended (read-only access). After 30 days of suspension, your account and data will be scheduled for deletion. We will send email reminders throughout this process.
We do not offer refunds for partial months. If you cancel your subscription, you retain access until the end of the paid billing period.
How our trial period works
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial of the Growth tier with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start.
What you may and may not do with the platform
Violation of acceptable use may result in immediate account termination without refund. We will take reasonable steps to provide notice before termination unless the violation poses a risk to other users or the integrity of the platform.
Your obligations when using the WhatsApp integration
Using the WhatsApp integration requires compliance with Meta's policies. You are solely responsible for:
If Meta suspends or terminates your WhatsApp Business API access, we are not liable for any resulting disruption to your service. We will endeavour to notify you of any such notices we receive from Meta that affect your account.
We act as a technical integration layer between your business and Meta's API. We are not responsible for Meta's policy decisions, API availability, or pricing changes.
The extent of our responsibility
We aim for 99.5% monthly uptime excluding scheduled maintenance. We will notify you at least 24 hours in advance of scheduled maintenance that affects the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WhatsApp Commerce shall not be liable for:
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total subscription fees you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold WhatsApp Commerce harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the platform in violation of these terms or any applicable law.
Who owns your data and what we can do with it
You retain full ownership of all content you upload to the platform — products, images, order data, and customer information. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.
By using the platform, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
How accounts can be ended and what happens to data
Cancel your subscription from the Billing page in your dashboard. Your access continues until the end of the current paid billing period. We do not offer refunds for the unused portion of a billing period.
Ownership of the platform and our brand
WhatsApp Commerce, its logo, dashboard design, automation workflows, API, and all associated software are the intellectual property of WhatsApp Commerce. Nothing in these terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.
You may not use our name, logo, or branding in any way that suggests endorsement or partnership without our prior written consent.
"WhatsApp" is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc. Our use of WhatsApp's name and API is governed by Meta's developer and business policies. We are an independent service and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta.
